1- Searching for new clients who could benefit from company’s products in a designated region.
2- Travelling to visit potential clients & calculating client quotations.
3- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
4- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
5- Negotiating tender or contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
6- Offering after-sales support services and keeping recording and maintaining client contact data.

10- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

1- Perform assembly tasks according to SOS (Station Operation Standards)
2- To participate in putting new ideas in for improvement of manufacturing process using 6 Sigma & latest Lean manufacturing technique.
3- Drives continual improvement using HOS (Honeywell Operating System) incorporating Six Sigma methodology on all manufacturing methods and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
4- Identification of continual improvement opportunities through root cause analysis, kaizen process and other problem solving techniques.
5- Process improvement to increase OEE through availability, performance and quality coefficients.
1- Responsible of on time procurement of raw material and issuance to shop floor.
2- Responsible to clarify the technical problems to purchasers.
3- Responsible to coordinate with project coordinators & planner about the manufacturing plan & required dates of raw materials.
4- Responsible to coordinate with Engineering & Quality department for specifications, standards & quality related issues.
5- Responsible to go out in the market to meet our vendors & teach them company’s quality standards and suggest process improvements.
1- Responsible to manage a manpower of more than 60 people in a shift to meet the daily production targets.
2- Responsible to improve the skill levels of worker through different trainings.
3- Responsible to perform detail analysis on market claims & take necessary countermeasures to eliminate them.
4- Responsible for the Cost down analysis and Improvements in this regard.
Work as a Supervisor Automobile responsible to check all the Delivery vehicles on daily basis. And direct the vehicles to the Workshop, if repairing or overhauling is required.
