Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed

Sadly I did not continue for more than three months because the company has faced financial issues and there was a business decision to decrease all workforce 3 months after my hiring
I was responsible of:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Perform sales and survey meetings

During the five years of study in the higher technological institute; I have participated into many of the practical projects, training and subjects that are held as part of the educative program. I have surpassed expectations along with my Robotics team in the international robotics contest in 2009 and 2010 to perform and achieve high positions as second place and 5th place world wide. It is only a pleasure to work/manage/innovate in an environment that allowed us to have hands on experience with the today's highest of technologies and participate in a global event that takes place in an effort to produce high quality engineers with the know how to invent and and invest. My graduation project was a palatalizing robot and I have completed full study and documentation on the matter with practical implementation, illustration and discussion.
