4-Collaborate with designers and team members to prepare digital campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
Originally hired as a Art Director for our company, my position with TEAMWORK has grown to where I am responsible for design process.
In this role I had the opportunity to create national graphic campaigns for a wide range of demographics in an environment where brand was always evolving.
DESIGN MANAGEMENT
-Managing creative team focusing on encouraging task based performance, strategic exploration and personal creative development.
-Lead and management the team with ability to multi-task and direct many projects simultaneous.
-Make decisions on a daily basis that ensure both profitability and creative quality
-Work collaboratively with partners, participate in company strategizing, and make recommendations for changes to the creative function to meet market changes, competitive threats or to support strategic plans
-Conceptualizing / Creating creative campaigns, corporate identities, brochures, packages, magazines and posters
-Constantly compose creative ideas and artistic visual presentations for
communications media in close concert with writer, customer, and editor depending on source of project
BRAND AND CREATIVE DIRECTION
Understanding strategic goals and brand; analyze the creative team, environment, processes, technologies, etc., to determine areas needing improvement; and build and direct a creative function aligned with and supportive of those goals.
Study the creative marketplace, assessing where work stands against competitors’, as well as our clients’ competitors’ creative work.
