• Make all inspection requests for all activities in my site daily to consultant.
• Make daily report for all activities done every day in site & monthly report.
• Have some experience in electromechanical works.
*) CONSTRUCTION OF NEW WESTERN DISTRICT HOSPITAL
IN DUKHAN (from 3/08 up to now)
The project comprises of complete construction and maintenance of a hospital building and all the ancillary buildings including all associated mechanical, electrical and external works. The above project is located in Dukhan, around 85 kms away from Doha. The site is around 425mX475m.
The project has been divided into many packages and the above referenced contract is package -1. The package 1 comprises of the construction of hospital building, The main hospital building is a Three storied building ( Ground Floor 18000 m2, First Floor 15000 m2, Second Floor 3000 m2, 100 Beds In Hospital, Radiology Department, CSSD, Laundry & Rehabilitation… ) with a large area of landscaping in front of the administration building which consists of approximately 31000 m2 floor area, mechanical plant, electrical substation, engineering workshop and transportation department building, main entrances and gate houses and entrances and gate houses for the accommodation and services.
• Responsible for the first 3 blocks in main building as a site engineer
• Make daily report to QC ENGINEER for all activities in my blocks
• Make all inspection request daily to consultant (QP) for all items
• Responsible for all leveling works by camera level for all works in my blocks
• Make coordination between consultant and all subcontractors for different
Services.
• Work as Quantity Surveyor for calculating all quantities for all the construction
& finishing items and make comparisons with the BOQ.
