Duties and Responsibilities:
•Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
•Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to potential customers.
•Driving a solution set across development teams (Primarily Development/ Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
•Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan and working with different departments to execute.
•Analyzing potential partner relationships for products and solutions
•Working with Technical Support to resolve customer issues and the Professional Services Organization to handover the account to ensure deliverables for implementation.
•Ability to assess a customer’s business problem and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Proactively engages in the sales cycles.
