• Responsible for all cased and open hole wireline operations both in the shop and in the field
• Responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and record keeping for the wireline trucks and offshore units, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains good client relationships in the field of operation and ensures application of contractual agreements and operational programs.
• Planning and performing scheduled maintenance and commissioning of equipment for operations which included equipment failure investigation and troubleshooting for root cause analysis.
• Trained and competent in handling the operational safety, storage and transport of hazardous materials including; radioactive sources & calibrators, explosives, pressure control equipment and Lithium batteries
• Essential tasks:
• Run cased hole logging services such as Cement Bond logs, Gamma Ray Logs, Pressure/Temperature Logs, Casing Corrosion Logs, Reservoir Performance Monitor Logs (RPM)
• Run open hole logging services like resistivity logs, acoustic logs, porosity and permeability logs, nuclear magnetic resonance logs and formation imaging logs
• Run reservoir characterization and sampling services (RCI)
• Assembles and performs perforating services in various field locations
• Ensure that all safety practices are implemented before, during and after the well service operation
• Provide technical assistance, supervision and training to other team members on location to assure work is carried out according to set schedules and procedures
