- Engage in strategic account planning with the sales representative throughout the sales process, and support Target Account Selling practices during the sales cycle.
- Communicate product features and benefits in pre-sales situations. Presents Autodesk products to prospective customers.
- Investigate, uncover and understand a customer’s business issues, and propose options for improvement or resolution of customer issues and relates those solutions directly to the customer’ business goals/issues.
- Provide customer consultation, support and product presentations at industry-specific trade shows.
- Provide product demonstration assistance in customer facing launch events and large forums in order to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
- Partner with Autodesk Authorized Resellers to provide customer facing presentations, and work with the Resellers network’s technical staff to ensure they are proficient with Autodesk software tools and opportunities.

The following roles are performed:
• Manage and lead multiple software development, Quality Assurance & Operations teams to deliver and run public facing Mobile & Web Geospatial Apps & services (iOS & Android clients, HTML5 Web Apps, Java & Ruby on Rails back-ends).
• Implement and operate the Cloud Infrastructure for the company's Geospatial platform to allow for a high-availability scale-out and distributed environment through the utilization of multiple Cloud providers and services as Amazon AWS.
• Collaborate with system architect on key decisions and design considerations.
• Work with the business and product management team to define new features, lead the design phase of those new features and estimate the implementation efforts and delivery time-frame.
• Utilize agile methodologies (Scrum) to ensure the business requirements fulfillment in a timely fashion with rapid response to changing business & market demands.
• Manage and communicate with a combination of on-site and remote team members and vendors from Egypt, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Finland, Spain & Ukraine.
• Ensure that software systems and business operations are being adequately monitored and controlled and supported.
• Work with HR and recruiting departments to find the best candidates possible and interview engineers to assess the skills required.
• Contribute to and promote good software engineering practices across the team.

- Management of the business solutions team for the company
- Supporting the sales process in 55+ opportunities resulting in more than 9.3 million Riyals in projects for the company
- Coordinating the communications with the technology partners of the company (Esri - IBM - Oracle - ARCHIBUS - many smaller vendors and providers)
- Business solutions analysis, QA/QC and financial estimation for GIS & FM Solutions
- Presenting the technical details and business value of the proposed business solutions to the client
- Enterprise GIS Systems Analyst (Supporting the technical team)
