• Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to
completion.
• Managing products’ delivery and professional services to our clients across the
regional market of GCC.
• Managing projects & services deliverables (starting from the Kickoff meeting until
signoff) with reputable banks and financial institutions.
• Developing a detailed project schedule includes (deliverables, millstones, activities,
duration, risks, and resources).
• Coordinating between project teams (development, testing, design & analysis).
• Professional services include project delivery, handling change requests, first-level
support, and most of the presale activities.
• Handling any disputes with the customer directly, to manage resolving any issues
smoothly based on the contract terms, or win-win respectively.
• Optimize resource utilization by allocating tasks to team members and implementing
various process improvement initiatives.
• Develop Customer Engagement Programs to align customer expectations to
organizational business processes.
• Defined project schedules and milestones for maintaining project SLA aspects across
the assigned projects in collaboration with various support teams
Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and TradeNet products.
Negotiate about any modification on TradeNet products with the customer.
Analyze the effect of the requirements on TradeNet products.
Verify on customization design from business point of view.
Build testing scenarios for market or customer requirement.
Customer training on TradeNet products.

-OMS (Order Management System) Built with Oracle Forms & Reports
-FOX (Brokerage Front Office) Built with Java
-E-trade (Clients online trading) Built with Java
-ACC (Brokerage Financial application) Built with Delphi
-Trade Link (FIX links between Brokerage and the Market) Built with Java
(AUMIS) "Alex University Management Information System". In Alexandria
-Build centralized database for all Alexandria university‘s faculties and centralized customized application.
-Database Integration with Credit hours system.
-Data Migration for faculties’ old data.
-The application was developed using Oracle Developer 10g under Oracle Database 10g and deployed on Oracle 10g Application Server on Linux.
Including attendance of two CMMI® Pre-appraisals and one CMMI® FORMAL APPRAISAL.
Job description:-
•Scanning and review for the all project documents according to the CMMI® v1.2 level 2 process areas “project planning, Monitoring and control, Measurements and analysis, Configuration management, Product and Process Quality Assurance and Requirements management”.
•Define the weaknesses concerning the CMMI® model point of view at the all project documents.
•Interact with the Lead Appraisal at the Project Teams Interviews to get the required affirmations for all the level practices.
•Participate with the Appraisal Team Members and the Lead Appraisal at the Practices and Goal Rating and define the findings clarification according to the SCAMPI Model.
Define the organization processes according to CMMI® model in six process areas:
•"PP" Project Planning.
•“PMC” Project Monitoring and control.
•"RM" Requirements Management.
•"CM" Configuration Management.
•"MA" Measurements and Analysis
•“SAM” Supplier Agreement Management.
•"PPQA” Process and product quality assurance
Prepare Quality Manual System (QMS) for the organization including the procedure, templates, forms and checklist of those process areas.
Implement the QMS and train the organization to follow the QMS and the procedures
responsible for the design and development of modules in different projects using Oracle Technologies, as well as managing Oracle Team and assigning tasks to resources.
Design, develop and maintain oracle applications with :-
•Microsoft Project (2003, 2007)
•ORACLE Database (8i, 9i, 10g).
•Oracle SQL
•Oracle PL/SQL
•Oracle Forms and Reports (6i, 9i, 10g).
•Oracle Designer (9i, 10g).
•Perform Database Backups and recovery.
•Familiar with Oracle Discoverer.
