Manage the support unit in the maintenance(Ask membership, Web & Rejection)
Look at developing areas in the system and improving them,

Looking at the work process and try to improve them,

Data analysing and dashboard reporting
Play a major role in many of the department developing projects.
I was working with Dr. Ghassan N. Pharoan Hospital Jeddah as a reception
supervisor from 2001till 2009, when I had to leave GNP to continue studying
abroad.
Responsibilities: 1. Accepting patients as per their specifications.
2. Selecting appropriate account numbers for the credit patients.
3. Arranging all necessary documents for insurance and direct billing patients.
4. Sorting out any problem that occurred in the reception area.
5. Arranging daily, weekly and monthly rota of my subordinates.
6. I'm writing the birth certificate for the new born baby.
