At my first employment period Customer Care Section, i'm in charge of the following :
1- Communicate with customers via phone calls, and deal with customer problems and solve their problems .
2- Immediately respond to customer inquiries, and direct them to the fastest and best solution .
3- Verify customer satisfaction, and provide all the information that the customer needs .
4- Follow up on customers' complaints, and communicate with the rest of the departments via e-mail to solve their problems .
5- Solve internet connection problems and download internet setting and IPTV setting .
At my second employment period Sales And Marketing Section, i'm in charge of the following :
1- Concluding agreements, contracts and internet deals with the support centers spread around Syria .
2- Follow up on all centers and periodically provide the services that the company provides to them
3- Daily communication with agents in the provinces to obtain daily reports
4- Submit daily reports on the movement of positions and requirements in detail
5- Communicating with points of sale via WhatsApp and providing services to them
6- Solve payment problems for payment points, and create new payment points to serve customers
7- Providing quick solutions to payment problems and providing appropriate offers to centers and customers
8- Monitor competing companies and create new ideas to attract customers
9- Promote and market the company's products and services, through tours around the centers spread in all regions
In addition to my work in the aforementioned departments in this company, I was assigned IT Manager tasks as basic tasks, i'm in responsible of the following :
1- Providing technical support for all company devices ( Hardware - Software ), and developing them to suit the company’s requirements
2- Monitor protection system, to provide full protection for programs and systems
3- Monitor operating systems, and work to solve errors
4- Monitor the servers system, and make sure of its good work and periodic maintenance
5- Maintenance of technical devices such as (Servers - Mikrotik - switches - Printers - PC)
6- Submit purchase offers to update devices in the company
During this period, i'm in charge of the following :
1- Responsible for the sales of my department .
2- Responsible for purchases in my department .
3- Responsible for daily and monthly inventory, And provide weekly financial reports .
4- Supervising invoices and financial documents .
5- Working on Al-Amin and Al-Sahli accounting programs .
6- Organizing the daily financial operations (inventory - posting - backup copies - accountant book) .
During this period, i'm in charge of the following :
1- Maintenance and repair of laptops and make Software for it
2- replace and recasting mains chip and graphics cards chip
2- Maintenance and repair of router and make Software for it
3- started repair of mobile and make Software for it
4- Installation and connection of cameras for digital video recorder
During this period, i'm in charge of the following :
1- Maintenance and repair of computers ( desktop )
2- Started to Recharge Bios for electronic devices
3- The main charge for buying replacement parts and Integrated Circuit for the laptop
4- Customer care through Mobile and Whatsapp
During this period, i'm in charge of the following :
1- Assist in the planning, prioritization, scheduling and performance of all required maintenance, including set-up, preparation and clean-up.
2- Act on behalf of manager of maintenance as delegated and take responsibility for laptops maintenance activities.
3- Participate in the operation of an advisory help line service to all computers & Technology users, with technical hardware & software assistance centrally.
4- Installing hardware and software systems.
5- Maintaining or repairing equipment.
6- Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues.
7- Setting up computer security measures.
8- Configuring computer networks.
9- Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.
During this period, i'm in charge of the following :
1- Maintenance and repair of computers ( desktop ) and make Software for it
2- Maintenance and repair of computers ( laptops ) and make Software for it
3- Maintenance and repair of router ( TP-link, D-link, ASUS, TENDA, Cisco ) and make Software for it
4- Maintenance and repair of Tablet
5- Designated per the maintenance department official assistant and I am following partitions in the company
6- Then I started to follow up on suppliers and foreign companies began to purchase maintenance parts cheaper prices and build relationships with collection centers and price at the lowest possible price in the market.

The Syrian Virtual University (SVU) is an accredited state university established by Legislative Decree No. (25) I started studying in November, and I am still studying .
TCC Technical Computer College is an academic institution under the authority of Damascus university. My graduation project was in robotic controlling & side monitoring via WIFI technology and I've achieved the score of 83% .
