• Create a code of professional conduct
- Review and update the company manual (process maps, structures, functions, activities, key results areas, performance indicators, etc.) .
• Develop policies and procedures manual (recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, discipline, grievances, etc.).
• Define the job evaluation process and develop the incentive systemin line with the organization's strategy, based on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Participate in designing the salary structure and conducting a job evaluation for two key positions in each of the group companies.
