• Design creative and sophisticated menus and proposed plans in line with client’s varying needs, timelines, and budgets.
• Make site inspection.
• Create 3d visual design and animation.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with outside vendors based on client needs.
• Direct service staff, independent contractors, and vendors onsite.

• Manage the day to day production on specific projects to meet deadlines accurately.
• Review shop drawings, project submittals...etc. for document compliance; documenting code review and compliance; communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations
• Guide, support and manage job captain(s) and designers intern(s) duties to ensure accurate preparation of project construction documents and communication with and coordination of the preparation of documents with consultants, contractors and team members.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, with design team and those we design for at Sunrise Senior Living (architects, contractors, service providers, and residents)
• Create detailed furniture specifications and fabric/finish selections
• Oversee production and implementation of designs through to installation, working with vendors and manufactures to ensure this is done on time, and to level of expectation require of our vendors.
• Work closely with the operations team to resolve any and all interior design needs that arise due to regulator or compliance with codes and or brand standards as they arise during the year.
• Site survey all properties when required for the following purposes: To review scope of work and ensure proper understanding of plan for implementation o To preform quality control and ensure successful completion of the scope of work, To take and prepare photograph reports in high level of detail for distribution to team as needed, To review and provided detail reports on interior construction and implementation of finish products according to design plan

• Preparing drawing , sketches, proposals and quotations for budget.
• Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the client’s budget.
• Meeting new & existing clients and determining their requirements.
• Providing drawing support to a senior interior designer.
• Coordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors and suppliers.
• Developing 2D/3D CAD product files into a product library for Design services.
• Producing working drawing packages, mood & sample boards & also 3D visuals.
• Organizing and maintaining the project library.
• Producing tender documentation, detailed drawing packages & written specification.

• Lead interior design teams on projects.
• Site Supervision for various types of projects.
• Develop planning concepts and documentation.
• Coordination process with other disciplines (Architectural, MEP..etc).
• Liaison and coordinate with the necessary specialized sub-consultants.
• Prepare the tendering documents with authorities’ approval.
• Provide coordination for finish plans and specifications.
• Assist with information gathering activities.
• Participate in construction administration.
• Assist in managing client expectations and consultant coordination.

• Quality control for materials, installation and working progress.
• Designing drawing packages & presentations by using AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop and renders perspectives in 3D Max.
• Ensure compliance with client quality objectives.
• Reviewing for overseeing that all necessary testing is completed and subsequent information is reported.
