1. Process, Verify, And Maintain Documentation Relating to Personnel Activities Such As Staffing, Recruitment, Training, Grievances, Performance Evaluations, And Classifications.
2. Record Data For Each Employee, Including Such Information As Addresses, Weekly Earnings, Absences, Amount Of Sales Or Production, Supervisory Reports On Performance, And Dates Of And Reasons For Terminations.
3. Process And Review Employment Applications In Order To Evaluate Qualifications Or Eligibility Of Applicants.
4. Preparing And Printing Internal And External Letters Related To The Affairs Of Employees To The Concerned Authorities After Their Approval By The Director General, And Keeping Copies Of Them In The Files
5. Keeping Copies Of Circulars And Instructions Received From Outside The Company And Indexing Them In Dedicated Files And Addressed, As Well As For Circulars, Instructions And Internal Decisions Of The Company.
Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications
Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed
Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperworK
Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution.
Typing, Filling The Required Forms to be submit to Ministry of Labor, Immigration Department and Identity Authority .
