• Manage the training and skill matrix for all company employees (about 500 employees).
• Finalized the Job description for all company employees and the success profile for the key positions.
• Responsible for the Personal Evaluation "PE" and the Process Development Guide "PDG" and preparation of the Succession profile for all key positions.
• A member in the Talent Review team.
• Lead the company safety programs as a member in the company safety committee, Lead Nestle-Care program.
• A member in the ERP "Microsoft Dynamics" working group.
