As a part of Information Services team; we are responsible for:
- Maintaining Server Infrastructure.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining all department related services that include but not limited to "Active Directory, DNS "Local and External", Exchange Service, Web severs, Antispam services, Antivirus, ...."
- Ongoing search, and evaluate for different products aiming for service enhancement.
As a part of IT Support team, we were responsible for supporting End-Users in both HQ and CallCenter buildings working on about 2000 PC and Labtop"shared and dedicated".
End-User support included but not limited to :
- Operating System deployments.
- Physical installations "PCs and periferals"
- OS and application troubleshooting
- Review/Analyze, and Relaying support requests other than related to the team to other concerned departments.
