• Supervision, guidance and follow-up of work for wages.
• Responsible for supervision of Timesheets and Generating Payroll from those timesheets in ERP (more than 1000 Employees).
• Responsible for combining the Payroll data provided by all Sectors and sister concerns of the company for the transfer of Payroll file to the bank as a one unit (almost 7500 Employees)
• Generation of Journal Voucher Entries of all Payroll Department in the Accounting System of ERP.
• Follow up with the bank for the resolution of issues raised after Payroll
• To upload WPS salaries. In Ministry of labor.
• Responsible for the SSI (Calculation, Deduction etc.)
• Preparation of Vacation Settlement and End of Service Settlements in the light of Saudi Labor Law.
• Responsible for the supervision of Provisions of Benefits.
• Issue Itqan Payroll card for new employees and follow up a request for Renewal, Expired, closed and Re-issue card.
• Responsible to work with the comprehensive ERP system and involved in the betterment process of the same.
• Coordination with the projects Managers, Accountants and Admin officers to accomplish the task assigned.
• Preparation of reports for decision making of the company, it's sectors and sister concerns.
• Preparation of Cost Comparison Reports for the Company, it's Sectors and Sister Concerns to determine the monthly manpower cost and its comparison with the previous months.
• Preparation of HR Reports for management decision making process.
• Preparation of the company budget.
