My responsibility as Color matcher Chemist is:
- Matching the new colors and develop new products for our customers.
- Make re-matching for our out of specification and slow mover products.
- Create and update data colors and color-set on I-match spectrophotometer technology.
- Update and check the color matching library.
- Finalize the matching samples by creating codes and close TAR's on the SAP system.
- Check and follow 5S in the lab area.

, and my responsibility in lab as a chemist are :
- Analyze our finish, in process (extrude) and raw material to be under our SOP's .
- Take decision and fix the defects as make correction for not OK products.
- Follow up the production process and make sure it goes smoothly.
- Clear for our finish products on the SAP system.
- Check and follow 5S in the lab area.
- Make full tests and COA for all our finished goods products.
- plus working on extruder twin screw machine and all types of machines as ( film, injection, roll mell, filter value, ... ).
- Analyze of raw materials, packaging materials, in process materials, finish products and stability products according pharmacopoeia monograph or our indoor specification.
- calibrating all analytical instruments that used in analysis, such as: AAS, UV, polarimeter spectrophotometer.
- Follow up (SOP) Standard Operation Procedure, GLP, GMP and SFDA.
- Preparation of the test solutions, standard solutions and standardized the test solutions according pharmacopoeia monograph or our indoor specification.
- supervising the cleaning of lab and instruments.
- Maintain all log books and documents.
- Arrange the Retention rooms.
- Responsible on labeling of finish products after release.
- Collect water sampling from water plant area and from production.
