- Liquid SVP Aseptic, Lyophilized, Terminal Sterilized Manufacturing and Filling .

- Liquid PFS Aseptic, Manufacturing and Filling.

- Liquid LVP Terminal Sterilized Manufacturing and Filling .

 Expertise Quality:
- Quality, Validation, Calibration, cGMPs.

 Expertise audit:
- Preparing for Audits, internal and External.

 Expertise Good Management and Planning.
- Team KPI’s & Appraisal.
- Production Plan

• Manage and coordinate all production activities that take place
In Production Department.

• Team management including setting team KPI and perform Appraisals.

• Reporting Monthly production performance reports.

• Plan and organize the weekly production schedule.

• Quality Control for the manufacturing process and
Responsible for the management in timely manner
Of inspections, deficiencies and solve technical issues.

• Review and approve the manufacturing BOM, BMR, BPR and Sop’s.

• Responsible for the Preparation of external inspections
(JFDA, RED CROSS, SFDA).

• Internal audit (Preparation, Conducting).

• Evaluating robust changes in product, process, or equipment,
And Share it with the technical people.
(Chang Control, Deviation, CAPA, Risk Assessment and
Investigation report)

• Coordinate and participate all validation and qualification
Activities in sterile area, Machines and HVAC system).

• Coordinate and participate in all Validation and Qualification activities
For machines and facilities such as: DQ, URS, IQ, OQ and PQ.
