1. Executing the project construction activities (or part thereof), in line with the project specifications, the scope of work, schedule, and client requirements. Leads a team of construction superintendents, and manages the construction subcontractor’s construction managers in completing the subcontracted works, while maintaining the required HSE and Quality standards.
2. Ensure the mobilization of all labour, materials and equipment in the most cost effective and efficient manner to achieve the construction objectives.
Commence the construction as per guidelines set and ensure the completion of the same as per the above plan.
3.Ensures continuous construction work fronts availability through preparation and review of look ahead schedules, commodity charts, engineering deliverables and material delivery schedules
4. Constantly identify bottlenecks for progress on construction and proactively take action to resolve the same.
5. Chairs daily, weekly & monthly internal meetings, and ensures action points are liquidated in a timely manner
6. Continuously assess, with the QC & HSE managers, the status of Construction Quality & HSE, and ensures timely closures of corrective actions & non-conformances.
7. Coordinate and liaison with client/contractor and certifying and regulatory authorities in order to ensure that the project is in compliance with all requirements.
8. Ensures proper and timely hand over of systems/subsystems to commissioning teams, and provide assistance as required.
9. Continuous performance assessment of subordinates, giving them feedback on their performances, their strengths and weaknesses, giving them clear guidance on areas where they should improve.
10. Ensures that this system is cascaded down in his organization at site.
11. Reviews lessons learned recorded by construction superintendents, chairs review sessions, and raise the final list to superior for further action.
1.Carrying out all Mechanical equipments installation activities for water distribution project.
2.Preparing technical submittals, compliance statement.
3.Preparing method statement.
4.Prepares necessary documents for the completion of work such As Built Drawings, O&M manals and have them authorized by Consultant & Client.
5.Attends regular meeting with Client, Civil engineer and Consultant to update on project progress.
6.Supervises and monitors project progress through site general supervisors from project initiation and close out and to ensure milestones achieved are as per contractual obligation and client / consultant satisfaction.
7Managing Site Subcontractors works and progress.
8.Attending meetings with Client / Consultancy / Local Authorities if any.
9.Oversees quality control, safety matter on the site and ensures that regulations are adhered to.
10.Handles, Supervise all Mechanical works, ensure that installation activities are complying with contractual obligations and quality control standard
11.Pre Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that any arise at any time.
12.Prepare necessary documents for the completion of work and have them authorized by the consultants after inspection.
13.Prepare periodical progress reports such as weekly / bi weekly, monthly, project inspection close out reports.
