Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to project managers in implementing health and safety practices in both locations and within the office environment; Work closely with stakeholders to ensure health and safety procedures and policies are in place.
• Assume the main liaison role for senior management to obtain advice and recommendations on safety-related issues.

• Ensure that all health and safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to, and reviewed and updated periodically.

• Make the necessary safety plan for the project and approve it from the concerned authorities.
• Ensure that risks are captured, defined, analyzed, and all means of controlling them are established.
• Training of new employees in all safety topics.

• Extensively worked as a unified contract in the distribution sector with Saudi Electricity Company as Safety Manager.
• Key role in successful completion of various large projects from Dept of Electricity company across Najran. Headed complete management of the Najran electricity to the highest score in the application of occupational safety & health system (5 stars) across Saudi Arabia.
• Accredited with the ‘Excellence Award’ and ‘Certificate of Thanks & Appreciation’ from the Director of Najran Electricity Department as the best Safety Manager (Contractor) at the level of Najran for two consecutive years (2018 & 2019).
• Successfully established harmonious relationship with the officials of the Saudi Electricity Company in the entire southern sector.
• Demonstrated success in planning and organizing training programs for occupational safety and health and certification. Certified trainer in general industry and general construction for three years.

* Through my work in this period I took an idea about electrical engineering designs for a month then I worked as a site engineer.
* I worked on Field inspections in all project sites before the implementation to determine safety plan and tools at different work sites.
* I receive a copy of the engineering designs from the office and supervise the implementation step by step and then write reports and delivered to the manager.
* I worked on the AutoCAD program for 3 weeks.
• I worked to visit all the daily work sites and write notes and monitor and work daily meetings before starting work in the company.
* I worked as a safety engineer on work sites (projects and construction) for two months in the office.
