where my job tasks during the mentioned period
included the following :
* Receiving and arranging work orders data by using the Maximo
System providing technical support to the working teams (Call
Center)
* Manage and reply office administrative emails
* Arranging labors administrative affairs and issuing different related
documents (Joining reports, Leave reports, Clearance certificates,
Salary authorization requests … etc)
* Save hard and soft documents copies and follow up tracking, register,
receiving and sending.
* Prepare official letters to the client and contractors as per instructions
* Arrange and prepare weekly minutes of meetings with the client and
contractors
* Providing Managers with needed reports related to Manpower’s
figures updates and any administrative support.
* Performing translation works from Arabic to English and English to
Arabic for the different documents and correspondences between the
company and governmental departments beside participating in the
management work meetings as a translator.
* Monitoring Labors working hours records through preparing Daily,
weekly and monthly timesheets report giving the support to the
Accounts section preparing the salaries pay-rolls and financial
arrangements.
* Creating the coordination between the company clients and the
different responsible parties in the company achieving the work flow.
* Assisting in processing different documents for issuing entry permits
to military sites.
