Studying the work shop drawings before construction process.
Day-to-day Management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Create the teams, develop the objectives/goals of each and assign Individual responsibilities.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Preparing reports as required.
Completion of operational positions periodically for subcontractors.
