1-Preparation financials statements and related Management Information System and submitting on every succeeding month.
2-Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company and Review budget requests for approval
3-Preparing the monthly reports for variances and explaining the variances between budget and actual figures, yield variations, profitability analysis and reconcile accounts with managers against approved budget..
4-Preparing of consolidated COGS (excluding 3rd party and intercompany Sales & COGS)
5-Reviews the recorded figures on the system before preparing the packages to get the most accurate data before presenting the results to the top Management.
6-Supports preparation of business management reports with the required charts or graphs for presentations.
7-Prepares the initial monthly breakdowns of Revenues, Expenses, Other Income, Sales volume and Production volume in comparison to Master & Flexible Budgets.
8-Preparing monthly inventory turnover.
9-Preparing now to get IFC’s Certificate in Corporate Governance.
1-Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures for payment requests.
2-Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, reported and posted to scrutinize trial balance and ensure accuracy.
3-Review cost center activities to ensure that financial targets are met and to assess the need for any remedial action.
4-Proper Reconciliation of accounts, bank statements and the sister companies.
5-Records fixed assets in the accounting system.
6-Amortization for insurance documents (cars, robbery, fire and betrayal municipality)
7-Preparing adjusting entries accruals, advances, medical insurance and prepayments for employees.
8-Supervise accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
9-Cooperation with Internal and external auditors to carry out annual auditing process.
10-Assist with budget and forecasting processes by analysis of expenses.
11-Monitoring monthly stocktaking.
12-Prepare monthly management reports (expenses and revenues).
1- Recording A/R transactions.
2- Reconciliation A/R to match between main TB and sub TB .
3- A/R balance confirmation with consumers aging.
4- Managing store for finished goods in Alexandria branch on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 program.
1-Invoice and G/L entries.
2-Confirmation of balance for tax and suppliers.
