•Analysis of vendor's accounts and Preparation monthly reports (payments & prepayments)
•Follow up employee's prepayment (Temporary - Permanent Petty Cash) to employee.
•Preparing Commercial and industrial gains tax for vendors at Quarterly
•Review the bills and Po and Recording prepayments in the system (ERP System)
•Coordination with import and export management stores, bankers
•Follow up accounts of customs clearance and shipping companies
•Follow up accounts of insurance companies
•Review the bills and Recording in the system (ERP System)
• Follow up the method of payment to suppliers (cash-check)
•Coordination with purchases management, stores, bankers
•Follow up employee's prepayment (Temporary and Permanent Petty Cash) to employee.
•Preparing other Expenses (Electricity - Telephone - Gas - rents - Transportation….)
•Responsible for Accounts Payable and Review the bills and receipt of goods purchased
•Responsible for Receivable cash from branches
•Preparing employee's salaries
•Preparing other Expenses (Electricity - Telephone - rents - Transportation….).
