• Manage daily tasks for the sales team
• Meet clients to maintain good relations

• Participate in marketing promotions and on-campus activities by coordinating and
participating in them.
• Prepare plans, lease offers, and other documents related to new and existing
tenancies.
• Solve problems of clients by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Ensure that all sales and leasing staff are well trained and encouraged in order to
meet the company's revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients. Build a strong and long-lasting
customer relationship with both the buyers / sellers and other agents.
• Builds relationships with clients through visits to major prospects and existing
customers.
• Develops a thorough understanding of customer’s organization,
• IdentiIes revenue opportunities to actively sell products to customers in order to
support the sales targets.
• Develops account plans in a consistent and timely manner in order to swiftly followup
on identiIed action items
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
