• Serve as the point of contact between management and staff.
• Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary
maters.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote company
culture.
3. Compensation & Benefits
• Assist in payroll preparation and salary administration.
• Manage employee benefits (leave, insurance, pension, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with compensation policies.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations.
• Maintain employee records (contracts, atendance, leave).
