• Monitor project progress against the project plan and make report for taking corrective action.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Following up the services of the subcontractors who work on the project.
• Prepare documents, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Applying earned value management to control the schedule and the cost (EVM).
• Preparing daily cost reports and monitoring the daily work progress with submitted requests for inspection (RFI) and coordinating with QA/QC team.
• Preparing monthly invoices for the company and for the subcontractors.
• measure and value the work done on site.
• Preparing material request to order material from the suppliers.
• Coordinating the project & maintenance costs and monitoring the issuing of bills to save them in the records.
• forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project and maintenance works.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
• Work closely with Owner, consultants, Designers and Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules using Primavera.
• Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the progress of projects.
• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.
• Preparing daily cost reports and monitoring the daily work progress with submitted requests for inspection (RFI) and coordinating with QA/QC team.
• Preparing monthly invoices for the company and for the subcontractors.
• Making Variation Order (VO).
• Preparing material request to order material from the suppliers.
• Monitoring of all commercial information related to the project.
• Maintain accurate records/paperwork.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
