1- Develop the financial and accounting system of the company to achieve control and objectives of the company In line with international accounting standards.
2- The success of the work project through the ERP system is to record all operations through its various modules and track the impact to reach the trial balance, qualify and train employees to work on the program through one team.
3- Create the cost centers, and chart of accounts and link the main accounts to the financial statements (balance sheet accounts or profit and loss accounts).
4- Inventory counting, balance confirmation for petty cash, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and depreciation of fixed assets.
5- Closing the fiscal year, preparing the financial statements and notes, reports about the cost centers, analyzing them through pivot tables, and visualizing them graphically.
1- Design an accounting system and documentary cycle for mixed company activities.
2- Discuss the new clients to get a complete vision of his business and structure the accounting system.
3- Preparing financial statements and discussing them with clients.
4- Register the new companies in the FTA to obtain the tax registration number and do a VAT return report.
5- Training and supervising our accounting team to ensure their ability to implement mixed business.
1. Responsible for GL, Assets, and AP Sections with my accountant team.
2. Review all daily transactions & posting them for approval by a higher position.
3. Preparing monthly reports and submitting them to the higher position for review before sending them to the top management.
4. Develop the work system to be compatible with new accounting standards & applications.
1. Responsible for AR, AP
2. Record sales & purchase bills in our system.
3. Bank reconciliations.
1. Auditing Financial Statements.
2. Proposal of Adjusting Entries (if needed).
1. Responsible for AR, Ap, Assets, and GL.
2. Recording all transactions & preparing sales reports extracted from GL.
