Managing Procurement, Subcontracts, Purchasing, Expediting &
Logistics for the company projects in MENA region

Manage, Coordinate & Monitoring procurement team and their tasks according to the procurement department process as described in detail in the attached CV.

- Receive (P.R) Purchase Request from the project management.
- Prepare and send RFQ to the concerning suppliers for the project packages.
- Evaluate the technical & commercial offer to ensure that
complying with specs. and budget.
- Do professional negotiation with suppliers to reach the required target and payment facilities.
- Prepare and issue (Local or foreign) purchase orders for
the approved vendors.
- Monitoring, register and follow up the order cycle (Delivery, payments, shipping docs, ...etc.)until closing the order.

- Prepare procurement plan according to the project BOQ and schedule.
- Study the projects specifications carefully with BOQ and DWG.
- Prepare and send RFQ for the concerning suppliers for the packages
- Evaluate the technical & commercial offer to ensure that
complying with specs. and budget.
- Do professional negotiation with suppliers to reach the required target and payment facilities.
- Prepare Submittals for Client/Consultant approval.
- Handling (P.R) Purchase Requests on SAP system with the project management.
- Prepare and issue (Local or foreign) purchase orders on SAP system for the approved vendors.
- Revise Letters of Guarantee and Performance Bond.
- Prepare and negotiate the general conditions and required shipping documents for opening L/Cs.
- Monitoring, register and follow up the order cycle (Delivery, payments, shipping docs, ...etc) until closing the order..
- Do vendors evaluation according to material quality,
payment terms, delivery time, negotiations flexibility & their
commitment to our contract terms.
