-Lead, Supervise and Support a group of Technicians to maintain Port equipments:
1-Gottwald mobile harbor cranes 70 and 100 tons and Their Bromma Spreaders: -Creating and Performing time based PM Schedules.
-Prepare and order required spare parts to decrease cranes breakdowns time.
-Trouble shooting and solving for the faced problems in the shortest time.
2-Port Standby generators(Cummins and Caterpillar).
3-Support Workshop and outside projects for Electrical problems faced in Straddle carriers, forklifts and Mobile Cranes.
1-I am Responsible of constructing the new terminals over the River Nile and follow subcontractors work
2-I am responsible of preparing Maintenance Schedules and troubleshooting for Heavy equipments such as Air and belt conveyors, Excavators, Forklifts
3-I am responsible of preparing spare parts lists for above mentioned equipments and contact suppliers to purchase these spare parts
4-I am responsible of Inventory control

Trouble Shooting, Inspection and Maintenance and Spare Parts of the following:
1-STS Cranes, ship to shore cranes.(Automation systems)
2-RTG Cranes, rubber tired gantry cranes. (Diesel Generators and
Automation Systems)
3-Mobile Equipments ( Reach Stackers, Empty Handler and Fork Lifts ).
4-Tractors.
5-Trailers.
-Attending line construction including (control cable laying and termination, power cable laying and termination, machine erection works)
- Attending and contributing commissioning with Japanese (Kawasaki- Toshiba co.) and Morocco (Maghreeb Steel) teams for commissioning and diagnosis (4 months).
- Full responsibility of Preparing predictive and preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
-Full Responsibility of Preparing Spare Parts List for All Equipments
- Full responsibility of maintenance and maintaining of the following equipment located in the new project COLD ROLLING COMPLEX:
a- Pickling line (multi forms Bombay) consisting of:
1- Siemens Simoreg DC drives (20-90 KW).
2- Siemens Micro master inverters (5.5 KW).
3- Sematic Siemens step7- 400 plc.
4- Scada System using WINCC software.
b- Combined KAWASAKI reverse mill (CRM) line consisting of:
1- Toshiba Inverters (400-1900 kW).
2- Toshiba converter \[AC/DC\] (± 900 V DC).
3- Toshiba TPDS, PCS6000 and BCS 4000, Mitsubishi PLC.
4- Commissioning of PXs, speed sensors, PG, flow meters, pressure switches, Limit Switches and RTDs.
5-Scada System using FIX32 software.
c- Batch Annealing EBNER Furnaces (BAF) consisting of:
1- Allen Bradley drives (38-45 kW).
2- Allen Bradley PLC (panel view 5500, RSlogic software).
3-Scada System using IN TOUCH software.
d- Roll Grinding Machine consisting of:
1-Mitsubishi PLC
2-CNC control
3-Servo Motors
e- Maintenance of gantry Cranes (6 cranes) from (30-55t).
