Main job responsibilities include:
- Monitor the HR policies being followed in the premises.
- Investigate and resolve employees conflicts.
- Review work procedures & operational problems in order to determine ways to improve & facilitate in order to enhance employees performance.
- Process disciplinary cases, dismissal/termination/resignation.
- Keep the record of annual vacations of the employees & communicate accordingly.
- Maintain personal record including leave attendance and disciplinary actions.
- Maintaining & updating employees data on regular basis.
- Assisting employees in applying for their medical cards & opening bank accounts.
- Mature judgment and professionalism in handling all matters.
- Have good knowledge of administrative & clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records and other office processes, procedures, and terminology.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing, paperwork.
- Monitor and process the man power request to the concerned departments within approved limits.
- Manage welfare policies and implement those as per directives of the management.
- Get approvals of leaves of subordinates, cash & loan matters from concerned departments.
- Keep records required by government agencies & necessary documents of the employees.
- Schedule and/or monitor staff hours and shifts.
- Maintaining the healthy work environment & continually assess & resolve problems among employees.
