Attend the start up for all our equipment (Steam Turbines, Boilers, Furnaces, Heat Exchangers, all kind of Pumps and Compressors)
•Pre-commissioning & Commissioning and startup of new production line.
•Held the Project Manager position for a new production unit.
•Attend and follow up the erection, piping and instrumentation fitting procedures for the process end production units using P&ID’s.
•Processing all plant units through DCS system (Siemens PCS 7 system)
•Prepare shift report for areas of specific responsibility & all plant activities.

-Sampling and analyzing raw materials according to standard procedures.
-Dealing with TDS, PH meter, Refractometer, Box Furnace, UV, IR, Melting Point, and Viscometer
