*Supervise execution of all related electrical works in tower of 64 stories height
commercial Tower, Podium 8 stories height, Hotel 21 stories height & two car parks.
* Review related electrical drawings and confirm their compliance with specifications of the
project & codes.
* Coordinate with all other departments to avoid any clashes occurring during the contractor's
execution of work.
*Track and prepare daily, weekly& monthly reports of contractor’s progress.
* Review material delivered on site and confirm its compliance with the approved material.
* Inspect & supervise the site working force and subcontractor’s activities and
performance in respect of quality control.
▪ Prepare, review the specification, drawing, BOQ for the tender stage.

▪ Review and approve of the shop drawing & coordination and as built drawings.
▪ Evaluate and monitor the progress of the workers and project time schedule.

Involved in the design and preparation of working drawings for various orders.
Liaison and coordination with other trades and coordination with the site staff for resolution
of technical issues including review of architectural materials for compliance with the
design.
Ensure adherence to the Design Criteria Reports; identify variations in a timely manner
whether initiated by the Client or internally.
Correspondence Management.
Supervise and train project team members as required.
Logging of Site Progress against approved project plans.
Conduct final testing and commissioning of the project.
Involved in the design and preparation of working drawings for various orders.
