• In my capacity as a technical manager, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of Mudon Villas - a significant project comprising 496 luxury villas in Dubai, UAE. Through effective coordination and collaboration, the project was successfully brought to completion, surpassing both client expectations and contractual obligations.
• In my role as a technical manager, I effectively handled the construction and fit-out of Akoya by DAMAC, including 477 luxury villas and a club house. This project was worth AED 550 million. I made sure everything stayed on track and within budget, ensuring we finished on time.

Responsibilities:
• Lead shop drawings preparation and issuing.
• Prepare interior Designs and details.
• Responsible for quantity surveying.
• Prepare Presentations.
Review and study design documents to combine all necessary data.
Supervise preparing shop drawings & reviewing subcontractors shop drawings.
Coordinate with various trades in the project in order to minimize the conflicts on site & to get a solution for any technical problem appears on site.
Support for site team for any missing technical data or information and prepare the necessary details.
Being a part of the procurement team to deal with the vendors & subcontractors to get the approval for the used material.
Supervising the preparation of the as built drawing.
Worked as the technical owner representative, follow up all building process including construction, finishing, MEP and fixtures.
Preparation of the daily and monthly reports.
Reviewing the payment orders.

Prepare and check detailed design drawings, specifications and other construction documents.
