• Review project specifications and requirements
• Prepare preliminary process design and equipment sizing
• Prepares cost calculations and estimations
• Issue RFQ and Contact with vendors and suppliers for equipment and systems
• Prepare Process flow diagrams, P&ID, and layouts
• Prepare technical submittals for awarded projects
• Direct Draughtsman in the production of tender drawings

Company Field is Building up Water Desalination Plants work with Reverse Osmosis Technology

➢As a RO Mechanical and Maintenance Engineer for a year and my job responsibilities are :-

● Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce
optimum quality, potable water.
● Management and supervision of the plant personnel.
● Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant
including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical
treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, and valves.
● Organizing routine servicing schedules.
● Allocating work to a team of fitters.
● Fitting new parts.
● Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
● Keep a daily log.
● Recommend the purchase of goods and equipment.
● Also worked in Installation, and erecting of sea water desalination plants.

➢As a Technical office Mechanical Engineer for four years and my job responsibilities are :-

●Prepare P&ID and PFD for RO desalination plants.
●3D Design and workshop drawing.
●Create the design for project using softwares such as Toray RO membrane projection.
●Assist with Automation process concept.
●Develop Bills of Material
