Managed Functions:
1- S&OP
• Responsible for directing the monthly Sales and Operations Planning meeting to review the Demand Vs Supply gaps and to discuss and resolve sales/supply/inventory issues.

2- Demand Planning:
• Helps Sales Managers in preparing the annual sales forecast/plans through providing full information about new products maps, lead times, costs, delivery conditions.
• Reviews and amends the Demand Plan on monthly bases in the monthly S&OP meeting.

3- Supply Planning
• Prepares annual supply and inventory plans based on sales forecast to prepare the budget.
• Reviews and amends the Supply Plan on monthly bases in the monthly S&OP meeting.


4- Orders Management
• Handles all customers orders from the phase of receiving the customer’s PO to the phase of delivering the order to the customer On Time In Full.

5- Contracts Management
• Draft, review, negotiate all foreign and local supply contracts.

6- Purchasing

7- Logistics

• Reduced procurement and logistics costs by 4% in 2017 which resulted in 28M AED saving.
