Establishment of Health, Safety, and Environment Management System: Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environment (HSE) management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Quality and Environmental Management: Oversee all quality and environmental activities within the organization, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations. Implement processes to monitor and improve quality and environmental performance.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the organization is prepared to respond to emergencies effectively. Conduct regular drills and exercises to test emergency response procedures.
