Design of electrical systems ( lighting, power distribution, and protection systems). Design of mechanical systems ( air conditioning, heating, and ventilation HVAC ). Design of plumbing systems ( water, sanitation, and fire-fighting systems). Conduct thermal load calculations to determine air conditioning and heating requirements. Calculate electrical loads to determine power and lighting requirements. Calculate water flows and pressures to design plumbing systems. Preparing detailed engineering drawings using design software (AutoCAD and Revit). Preparing plans for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure their integration with the building design. Selecting the appropriate materials and equipment for each system, taking into account efficiency, cost and quality. and Preparing technical specifications for the required materials and equipment. Coordinate with architects and civil engineers to ensure integration of MEP systems with the building design. and Cooperating with contractors to ensure systems are implemented according to designs and specifications. Conduct performance tests on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to ensure they operate efficiently. and Ensure systems are operating properly and make any necessary adjustments. Preparing periodic maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. and Providing technical support to solve technical problems that may arise during operation.
Supervising the electrical works on site by following up on the implementation of the electrical
works and ensuring their compliance with the technical specifications and plans.
Verifying the quality of the materials used in the electrical works.
Preparing and updating electrical plans according to project requirements.
Coordinate with architects and mechanical engineers to ensure compatibility of designs.
Testing electrical systems to ensure they operate properly and safely, detecting malfunctions,
and performing regular maintenance.
Organizing and distributing labor and electrical equipment on site, and following up on the
provision of materials necessary for electrical work.
Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in accordance with local and international
standards.
Implement safety procedures to protect workers and equipment.
Preparing periodic reports on the progress of work, sending them to management, and
documenting any changes or modifications to the electrical work.
Coordinating with subcontractors and concerned parties to ensure the smooth progress of
work and solving problems that may face the work teams on site.
Monitoring the performance of electrical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
and analyze data to identify any potential system issues or improvements.
Assist in implementing regular maintenance programs for electrical equipment.abd Inspection
of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure their safety and effectiveness.
Adherence to safety and security standards while working at the station. and Ensure that all
operations follow the required security procedures to avoid accidents and injuries.
Identify the theoretical and applied foundations of generating electrical energy from
hydropower plants. and Participate in training courses and workshops to develop technical
skills and knowledge.
Participate in tests of electrical systems and equipment to ensure they operate properly. and
Inspect and operate electrical systems after maintenance or repair operations
