• Review and analyze productivity, yield, downtime reports on a daily basis
• management concerning problems affecting productivity.
• Prepare and post daily shift schedule as per production requirements
• Create production report of the run completed.
• Ensure that the line starts up and end of operation on time.
• Submit all the necessary reports to the production manager.
Responsible to perform the following duties:
Follow up the operation activities, ensuring the company goals (productivity, efficiency and reliability) are met while keeping constraints of HSE, Quality & Industrial Management System are respected and fulfilled.
• Lead / supervise the shift team during normal operation, start up and troubleshooting to keep production units and all associated equipments running at maximum productivity and minimum down time resulting in cost effective and safe operations under Yokogawa DCS Systems centum 3000
• Perform the mechanical related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant equipments as per vendors’ maintenance manuals and in compliance with the company maintenance program.
• Diagnose the mechanical problems (pumps, compressors, valves…etc.), lead trouble shooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments when required.
• Following up the availability of required mechanical spare parts, tools and consumables.
Responsibilities reviewing existing data to see if more research and information need to be collated;
installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes; involve designing equipment, understanding the reactions taking place, and starting, running and upgrading the processes. Environmental protection and health and safety aspects are also significant concerns.
monitoring and preparing the daily performance summary including the corrective measures in order to purify the process.
