• Direct and manage project development from beginning till completion. \n• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \n• Review the project contracts and mitigate the risks that are associated with the project. \n• Develop full-scale project plans and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. \n• Estimate the resources and man-power needed to achieve project goals. \n• Draft and submit budget proposals. \n• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to different Site Managers. \n• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. \n• Plan and schedule project timelines and track project milestones using appropriate tools. \n• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. \n• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans. \n• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members; influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. \n• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. \n• Promotion of a zero accident/health & safety culture amongst site supervisory staff and labourers. Ensures health and safety of all site personnel, whether direct employees or labor hire operatives. \n• Maintains an environment of productivity, mutual respect and equality of opportunity amongst staff. \n• Secures agreed financial, QA/QC and build outcomes for your packages, including receipt of Practical Completion certificate. \n• Ensures that all cost targets and program targets are achieved. \n• Obtains a full understanding of the requirements of the contract between the company and the client. \n• Ensures client satisfaction and maintains a cordial and effective working relationship at all times. \n• Vigilantly protects the financial and other interests of the company.
oResponsible for monitoring and maintaining all Q.A/Q.C activities at the site. \noMonitors and evaluates all quality performance and reports to the Project Manager. \n \noFollowing up the construction process (Time & Cost & Quality). \noReviewing the contractor's time schedule & cash flow & Resources loading (MIRs). \noReport Non-conformance with reference to applicable acceptance criteria, to carry out corrective action and closing NCR’s with required back up documents if required

oEstablish inspection regime with the main contractor and conduct routine inspections.
oBring to the attention of the main contractor to any substandard or defective works that may be identified during the course of the works.
oWitness main contractor’s settings out of critical work, where required by the authorities.
oFollowing up the construction process (Time & Cost & Quality).
oReviewing the contractor's time schedule & cash flow & Resources loading (MIRs).
oSampling and testing operations in conjunction with the consultant.
oDiscuss and negotiate with the consultant to achieve high quality of the work.
oPrepare and submit all documents such as (material submittals, Method statement, Shop-drawings transmittals, inspections and daily, weekly and monthly reports.
oReport Non-conformance with reference to applicable acceptance criteria, to carry out corrective action and closing NCR’s with required back up documents if required

- Revise all project shop drawings transmittals with design drawings.
- Revise all supplier prequalification, Material Submittals & Method statement according to project specifications & B.S Requirements.
- Preparing the daily, monthly & weekly follow up reports.
