**Duties:
* Coordinate manufacturing and installations schedules with projects’ managers.
* Control and allocate budget resources.

**Duties:
* Coordinate operations across KSA Factory & Egypt office.

** Duties:
* Match production capacity with demand from different sales channels (Retail, B2B, Projects).
* Issue production plans and detailed schedules for each work center/machine.
* Conduct regular meetings with shop floor teams and discuss achievement of production plans.
* Review and approve procurement and material release orders.
* Provide excellent customer service levels and ensure timely delivery.
* Organize recruitment, training and assessment of staff.

** Duties:
* Plan production & procurement requirements using Alpha ERP.
* Monitor production outputs according to standard rates and availability.
* Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
* Perform other duties as may be assigned by the CEO.
Responsible for 3 areas:
1) Hot-End: Glass Production Lines.
2) Cold-End: Chatons Preparation Department.
3) Crystal SBU Projects Coordinator.
** Duties:
* Manage a staff of ~ 250 people working on 9 production lines (distributed over 3 shifts).
* Produce over 300 different products using pressing, injection and manual forming methods.
* Estimate cost, plan, facilitate, and execute the SBU projects within the given time limits.
*Generate regular reports for the SBU director regarding each project situation and progress.

**Duties:
* Direct supervision of production lines in terms of labor, equipment and productivity.
*Regular evaluation of supervisors, foremen & workers.
**Key achievements:
* Played the key-role as the project coordinator of “Baccarat Crystal Project”.
* Participated in the building and startup of 35 & 18 Tons/Day electric glass melting furnaces.
**Duties:
• Assist in the design process of extrusion dies (solid, hollow and semi-hollow).
• Lead the Aluminum profiles drawing team and revise drawings.
