Duties and Responsibility
• Understanding project specifications and scope to develop the baseline considering the contractual milestones.
• Assign the resources based on pre-estimated productivity to set a benchmark to compare updates.
• Maintain and recorded updates of site work progress obtained from construction and site managers.
• Tracking the progress day by day to prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly reports in addition to look-ahead schedules.
• Observing existing processes, analyzing productivity, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Attend meetings with the project stakeholders to discuss the project’s status and recommend the required actions to maintain the baseline schedule.
• Issue frequent reports to the concerned departments presenting the current progress versus the planned progress and identify alternative approaches to recover any attributed delays.
• Study the received change notices (around 310) to check if there is a rework that may result and if there is a time/cost impact.
• Analyze delays based on the latest schedule update and events to illustrate its culpability and entitlement using various delay analysis techniques based on the contract, if identified.

• The project controls department representative at the site, handling, and organizing all Department Interfaces with other departments and Owner/Consultant.
Duties and Responsibility
• Following construction installation activities of Steel Structure.
• Prepare and handle the works inside the areas under commissioning.
• Tracking and closing the open punch points to facilitate achieving the TOAC milestone.
• Work distribution as per the ability of co-workers or foreman.
• Shorted material and fasteners requested as per requirement.
• Dispatch job for the next level after QC approval.
• Prepare progress and productivity reports for the activities running under my responsibility to the planning department.
