Scope: Site activities for Chilled water, Grey water, Potable Water, Fire Fighting water, Foul water at Utility Corridor (Underground Piping) and some divisions at New Jet Fuel Hydrant System Network at Aprons 17, 18 & 19 of Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing, commenting, approving and rejecting the whole technical documents/Drawings, status & progress reports, BOQ`s, letters, contractor management plans related to the infrastructure works at main utility corridor.
• Approving maintenance & operation manuals, lists of spare parts, As-built drawings, final punch lists, training programs of operators, etc.
• Providing a high level of diverse operational and technical support for mechanical piping and pipeline engineering deliverables encompassing quantity surveying, scheduling, inspection, witnessing, surveillances as per approved Method of Statement, Inspection and Test Plan, Manufacturer Recommendations, Project contract Specifications, test reports, checklists, NDT reports, Daily welding reports, etc.
• Commanding all installation of fittings and valves inside valve chambers, Buried Valves, Bolt Torque wittiness, Installation of Pipes inside sleeves, Micro tunneling and Jack pipe Process, etc.
• Maintaining technical integrity by carrying out Pressure Hydrostatic Test, Gravity Test and Air Test for more than 202 000 Linear Meter for different type of material such as Pre-Insulated Carbon Steel, GRE, GRP, UPVC, RC PIPE, etc.
• Delivering competent knowledge of international codes and standards related to the discipline and accordingly conducted Fit-up, full weld visual, thickness of painting, Insulation and Jacketing of welding joints, holiday test, Radio-graphic Test Results, Magnetic Particle Test results, Dye Penetrate Test results.
• Allocating manpower resources to enable efficient effective mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities work to be completed within allocated manpower budget and approved quality standards.
• Coordinating horizontally and vertically with technical teams to implement project roll outs, and liaising with on-site construction crews taking all preventive and corrective actions to mitigate all risks in adherence to overall project schedule, in line with project scope, time and budget constraints.

• Carried out piping test package status for the assigned (Bullet & compressors zones) for more than 25000 linear meters including several material such as CS, SS, Copper, copper nickel, GIS, Chrome-moly, Alloy steel, etc.
• Verified the piping system installations and raise punch lists if any for inspection prior hydro and/or pneumatic testing along with related documentation.
• Documented complete mechanical completion dossiers that include mechanical completion check sheets, preservation records commissioning procedures, punch lists, isometrics and P& ID drawings.
• Drove project excellence by providing project strategy recommendations to enhance project value, ensure efficient use of project resources (manpower, tools, equipment, and material), adherence to agreed timelines, and the provision of high quality, reliable and responsive services in line with customer needs and set objectives/goals.

Scope: Deployed mechanical schedule (Equipment's and Dual Media Filters) for Desalination Plant consisting of 24 Dual Media Filter, 10 high pressure pumps (9 ton each unit), 10 centrifugal pump, 2 Gantry crane (10 ton capacity), 5 small Air Handling Units), 4 Transformers, 2 Cooling Towers, 2 ready fabricated vertical Tanks (100 M³), 18 Micron Cartage Filter and 32 RO (Reverse Osmosis units (160 membrane each unit)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provided engineering assistance for rotating equipment erection, dual media filters, and insulation until final handover to client.
• Directed, spearheaded and trained more than 300 persons including supervisors, foremen, charge hands, labors and subcontractor.
• Monitored adherence to design, operational requirements, and time schedule and work quality for 9 Boilers, 5 Steam Turbines, 9 Electrostatic Precipitators, 6 huge Tanks, Piping for more than 200 000 Square Meter, vertical and horizontal vessels and rotary and static Equipment.
• Applied technical expertise in aligning all activities to PETRO-RABIGH procedure for both the Desalination Plant (equipment's erection for pre-alignment and final alignment for compressors, motor pumps and water pumps) and the Steam Power Plant (insulation at power plant)
