• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing them to client.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Prepare complete project documents, up to date, and stored appropriately.
• Manages project budget.
• Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
• Forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Identifies and solves project issues.
• Defines requirements for project risk.
o Direct Contact with the customers for Business development and Projects issues clearance.
o Defines all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.
o Leads the project resources allocated to the project, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
o Ensures that the project follows execution best practices, and prepare corrective actions.
o Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
o Manage and create all project reports (daily activities progress, KPI’s, acceptance, invoices).
o Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer
• Project Management including client relationship, implementation schedule, budgetary control and project quality assurance.
• Direct the projects by planning course of action, allocating human and material resources, and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with the project Engineers to ensure day-today activities are carried out in accordance to delivery dates and as stated in the project plans.
The Projects involve:
(Feb.2013 - May 2014) Mobinil Remote Monitor Service project with ZTE.
(Oct.2012 - Feb.2013) Mobinil Huawei project.
(Nov.2011 - Oct.2012) Etisalat civil PAC project.
• Managed the project team including subcontractors
• Ensuring the projects are executed according to the agreed standards and processes
• Coordinate with the project Engineers to ensure day-today activities are carried out in accordance to delivery dates and as stated in the project plans.
• Manage all project reports (daily activities progress, KPI’s, acceptance, invoices).
• Responsible for costing, estimating, and planning projects
• Direct the projects by planning course of action, allocating human and material resources, and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with the project Engineers to ensure day-today activities are carried out in accordance to delivery dates and as stated in the project plans.
• Manage all project reports (daily activities progress, KPI’s, acceptance, invoices).
• The Projects involve:
(Mobinil NEC Microwave swaps project, Mobinil Nokia Siemens 3G rollout project, Mobinil Huawei Core expansion and upgrade, Huawei 3rd Mobile license rollout project, TE Lucent CDMA rollout project, &TE ZTE rollout project).
• Installation of various telecommunications, power and IT equipments (Huawei, ZTE, Lucent, Nokia Siemens, Emerson, CISCO) and MW (NEC, Huawei).
• Leading the implementation team to finish the implementation with the desired quality within the planned budget and time.
• Configure the telecommunications devices to insure the desired performance.
• Analyze telecommunications problems and needs to determine the most appropriate means of reducing, eliminating and/or avoiding current and future problems.
-Handle the maintenance of all the operational equipment and computer problems in 24 hour operation environment.
-Deal with any sudden technical problems.
