•Organize and evaluate the automation and electrical emergency actions for Continous Process Plants of milk, juice and yogurt processing.
•Responsible for milk, Juices, yogurt and bottles blow molding production lines.
•Responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which are used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes in order to ensure smooth running of factory and production lines with adheres safety, budget deadlines and quality.
•One of the verification team which tested the update of BEYTI plant automation system from OATS system to Wonder ware platform from installing till start up with (Au2mate process partner) • Plant automation system divided on (Siemens S7_400 PLCs) with redundant Profinet networks based on media redundancy protocol (MRP), redundancy application servers, database and reporting server, Galaxy repository and development server and Manufacturing Execution system (MES) based on wonderware platform / operation packages.
•Work on delivering the department KPI’s related to Lines efficiency, Equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, OPEX and CAPEX annual plans and energy saving projects.
•Co-ordination with production, projects, purchasing, safety and admin for business requirements.
•Applying 5s, OEE, audit quality, safety KPI’s, GMP rules, food safety and quality ensure standards.
•Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair activities, maintain records and files and prepare daily reports and frequent inspection reports.
•Organize and evaluate the automation and electrical emergency actions in order to provide continuous operation of Sulphonation Plant, one of the largest chemical plants in producing LABSA \[Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid\] and SLES \[Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate\].
•B/D analysis and processing faults for minimizing B/D time for diapers, liquid soap, shampoo, powder and plastic production lines.
•Monitoring and evaluating the work load assignments.
•Preparation of the procedures and maintenance working instructions for all installed equipment.
•Periodical Training responsible for Technicians.
•Organize and evaluate the electrical emergency actions in order to provide continuous operation of steam boilers, oil circulating boilers, Compressed air Stations, water treatment plant and industrial effluent treatment plant.
•Maintenance and handling various types of motors (AC & DC) for a wide range of power.
•Power station and Stand by Generator operation using ATS.
•Responsible for Weaving, finishing, bleaching, dyeing and manufacturing production lines.
