• Develop and Implement Merchandising annual plan and set product mix Strategy to guarantee highest revenue and GP.
• Responsible for negotiating with all vendors and suppliers to get the best products in terms of price, availability, profitability
• Works with merchandising team strengthen market and vendor relationships.
• Guides team to increased knowledge of market trends, strengths and weaknesses in the industry and within competitive sets.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making about product selection, pricing, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure good supply chain, product sourcing, product management and vendor management and quality management to manage risk relating to quality, cost, delivery and supply of purchases
• Manage team to forecast weekly plan for the products demand per channel
• Carries responsibility for the efficient management of monthly stock turnover
• Work with the Marketing team to set marketing calendars and communicated to suppliers to get the needed support.
• Ensures the right products are provided and allocated to (Raya - Mega - Brand Shop) Stores, Online and Corporate Channels.
• Enhance retail products presentation in all branches.
• Maximize the products' sales by supporting the local sales team through the right displays and allocation
• Handles products' inventory and monitoring the weekly sales per branch.
• Sets all products' prices after conducting market surveys and aligning the cost and the GP per item
• Prepares aging stock reports and negotiating with suppliers and dealers in order to solve the problem of any aging stock
• Contacts and negotiates with the suppliers to substitute defected items with new ones
• Conducts store visits to monitor product mix and allocation
• Manages auto-replenishment system and PO for various outside vendors
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making about product selection, pricing, and vendor relationships.
• Prepares sales inventory and sell-through rates reports to determine and ensure accurate and appropriate inventory levels
• Conducts reports and market surveys concerned with the availability of products in the market and with Raya's competitors
• Communicates to the Finance department any new products’ price and code
• Communicates to the Marketing department the new featured items per month to promote
• Communicates to Raya Corporate sales department all featured items needed - to ensure that most of corporate deals done regarding the products and prices.
• Conducts reports and market surveys concerned with the availability of products in the market and with Raya's competitors.
• Planning the SKU's ranges and mix on SAMSUNG Brand.
• Handling the weekly allocation to ensure that products appear in the right store on the right time.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
