-Monitoring glass production process parameters.
-Follow up on process improvement projects.
-Control the operation of IS machine.
-Control the temperature of working end & forhearth.
-Control the machine's feeder.
-Responsible for operation trouble shooting.
-Responsible for bottle formation process.
-Control the production flow .
-Correct the defects of the product.
-Supervision of operators .
.- Control the production work flow, processes & Procedures.
- Lead, train and guide the production team.
- Plan and organize the daily production activities.
- Implement daily and weekly production schedule and prepare daily and weekly production reports.
- Works closely with departments for process improvement and product quality assurance such as (Quality, Material
Planning, Purchasing …etc).
- Estimate the cost of production and come up with cost-saving methods.
- Develops efficient manufacturing methods based on the firm’s budget allocation, always trying to strike the right
balance between quality and cost without impacting the quality of the final product.
- Following up daily troubleshooting during operation.
- Hands on when required at times of emergencies.
