Construction of utility building for Dukhn highway
Client: ASHGAL, Consultant: KBR & Atkins, Main contractor: Consolidated contractors
Scope of work:
•Planning and organizing the work in order to meet agreed deadlines, best quality and minimum cost.
•Adjust work plan to meet client priority.
•Review and select the subcontractors / suppliers for the project according to cost, quality and project specs.
•Prepare the material submittal as per project specs and Q.C.S for consultant approval.
•Monitor and supervise the skeleton works.
•Monitor and supervise finishing works (paint, tiles, gypsum board, raised floor, etc.).
•Monitor and supervise water proofing works for bathrooms, roof and fire water tanks.
•Tracking the work progress, work quality and worker productivity for self-work and subcontractors.
•Ensure that all project documentation (RFI, MIR, etc.) is will arranged to avoid any problems due documents loss .
•Reviewing and approval for material / equipment requested by site engineer.
•Ensure that all materials used at site is as per approved by the client and all required lab. Test has been conducted.
•Ensure that the work is going on as per approved M.S and all drawings at the site is approved and certified by consultant.
•Review and submit project progress invoices.
•Monitor project cash flow.
•Attend all of the meeting requested by the client/consultant to discuss project progress, site problems and future plan to overcome any future problems.
•Ensure that all health and safety matters apply on the site.

•Execute the Works as per the drawings.
•Execute the sites setting out, leveling and surveying.
•Distribute the activities at the workers.
•Supervising and monitoring the site activities.
•Follow up work quality& handing over to the inspectors.
•Prepare and submit daily progress report.
•Request for required material.
•Ensuring that all materials used at site is as per approved by the client.
•Ensuring that all required material is available at site and no work to be delayed due to shortage of material.
•Determine the manpower required for the work.

•Prepare and submit progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the client.
•Prepare the invoices according to the B.O.Q.
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
