• Being the first point of contact with customers seeking open incidents.
• Monitoring, TroubleShooting and Resolving issues and escalate to lvl-2 when necessary, on a daily basis.
• Assisting in the upgrade of the NFV infrastructure.
Masria Digital Payments offers a complete Ecosystem in terms of Cards, Processing, as well as digital solutions that covers all sectors such as Banking, Public sector, Health & Sports, Education, FinTech, and Retail fields.
I worked on:
• Monitoring the CPS system and application processes.
• Performing Daily/Monthly Close of Business cycles.
• Reporting the discovered alarms to Application, Database and System Administrators.
