• Provides Mechanical Engineering expertise related to building renovations and constructions as per International standard.
• Following up installation of mechanical activities such as (air conditioning, plumbing, medical gas, boilers, lifts, kitchen and laundry equipments).
• Review with consultant for technical specification and general conditions for the mechanical contracts and increase effectiveness of current contract planning.
• Supervises the construction progress of new projects.
• Review giving approval for As Built drawings and O & M manual submittals.
• Assist in estimating and participating in budget strategic plan
• Assist in the evaluation of tenders and preparation of the technical report for choosing the best offer.
• Carry out all the taking over for new projects to ensure that they are free of any possible incompliance.
• Monitoring & control testing, commissioning and for the mechanical equipments and giving solution for different technical problems.
• Responsible for supervision of the maintenance of all mechanical equipments like reciprocating air cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHU and FCU, S---etc.for all government projects ( hospital, clinics, schools, clubs, mosques ) and following up all mechanical work like air conditioning, fire fighting, water supply.
• Following up maintenance services programs, coordination and preparation of all documents related to the above work.
• Responsible for following up all the works air conditioning, plumping fire fighting, electrical for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Starting from studying tenders preparing quotations of the projects, submittal preparation and work shop drawings.
• Preparing materials approval.
• Following up work progress for all projects.
• Handing over of the projects to the clients and sponsors.
• Monitoring and Supervision for electromechanical work as per specification and standard.
• Receive and action site check request as per approved shop drawings and spec..
• Review and action all materials submittals and work shop drawings.
• Liaise with local authorities (civil defense-town drainage-wed-etc.)

• Installation and commissioning of central air condition equipment, estimation and submission of tender’s projects preparing drawings for central air conditioned system, selection of equipments, installation, operation, preventive and shutdown.
• Maintenance and trouble shooting, plumping and electrical works, designing, planning, execution, monitoring and control.
• Closeout of projects ( mechanical system ), installation and maintenance of air conditioning equipment’s such as chillers, chilled water circulating pumps, package units, split units
